The whole logistics chain, from loading to final delivery
Six complementary services to secure and trace your fuel tankers on the Senegal – Mali corridor.

Convoying & dedicated escort
A trained convoy team and a fleet of four escort pickups: two cover Dakar → Tambacounda, the other two cover Tambacounda → Moussala and the Kidira axis. On board each pickup: one driver, two trained agents and a seat reserved for the customs escort officer. Mission: follow the trucks on the road and notify broken-down or delayed trucks.
Customs formalities & transit
Transit declarations, customs escort, systematic seal control and acquit discharge, in coordination with licensed brokers. DP EXPORT agents ensure compliance with depot rules and standards and report any anomaly.

Real-time tracking
Convoy geolocation and automatic status notifications for every truck: loaded, pending (documents), customs, en route, parked, broken down, cancelled, arrived. Complete traceability from the loading depot to the end customer.
Assistance & crisis management
Rapid response team for on-road breakdowns and an emergency unit: towing, crane recovery and emergency unloading. Road-marking equipment for damaged, broken-down or badly parked trucks, and a recovery procedure for overturned tankers.

Bases & rest areas
Permanent bases in Mbao and Tambacounda, and secured rest areas at the Kaolack exit and in Tambacounda, with separate spaces for each product (HFO, Jet, gasoline, diesel). At the Mbao Malian parking, DP EXPORT inventories the available trucks and organises their departure to the depots. At the rest areas, agents help drivers rest and check the trucks before departure.
Reporting & stock management
Daily and weekly summaries, per-depot stock balance and bilingual FR/EN reports for partners, banks and clients. Every delivery is traced by batch and by recipient.
