Claims management procedure
1 · Assessment & securing
Immediate marking of the area and securing of the damaged or overturned truck.
2 · Client compensation
For an overturned tanker with spilled product, DP EXPORT may reimburse the client with a new 45 m³ load to collect as replacement.
3 · Product transfer
Transfer of the product to another customs-authorised tanker.
4 · Billed recovery
A quote is sent to the owner, the recovery is carried out after validation, then the invoice is transmitted.
